what do you reckon?
im 25
weight - 10stone 4
been on high protein diet for about 4 months now
take amino acids, creatine, whey protein and pineapple extract

are you asking if you should use gear now?/
i dont think so. you still have a good amount of natural potential left.
if you go natty for awhile more.. youll get more and keep more gains later.

okies sound
ive done cycles in the past.... ie anabol,sus and dec... got alot of side effects so knocked it on the head after 6 weeks.. long time ago now though
anyway am thinking of doing test e only cycle in the not too distant future?

If you ask for advice I suggest you to stay natty and eat!!!! After solid bulk diet for 6moths, you can be better prepared for cycle.

you do look good just need like 20 pounds but that will take time hard work and dedication im in the same boat with weight loss

swimming is a good cardio but remeber if ur after gaining wieght dont do to much or ull jus be burning all the gains off

Its about diet and training bro. Without them, AAS wont do a thing for you.
10 stone? Thats about 160lbs correct?
Dude you should beable to gain AT LEAST 20lbs natural. Your diet is off. Simple changes will have you there in no time.
As for Chuck, keep up the bad advice and you'll be headed for a suspension. BIG will not doubt have his eye on you now.

I agree w/ the diet guys above - you'd be wasting your money on gear now - bulk up w/ diet first then do the gear. You are lean, but skinny - you have to choose between cutting to get your abs out there and bulking to get some meat on your bones. Good luck bro!

thing is with me tho since av been training 4 times a week ive actually lost about a stone in 2 month...
i hardly eat anything fatty nd i try to have at least20grams of protein every 2 hours...
ive cut down on me cardio now nd only do tha once a week...
my body is definately looking the best it has ever looked tho

i train hard... might not be puffy or beefy but av got the frame
everyone has to start somewhere...
i reckon if i carry on the way im going and bulk up ill have a means health magazine body in no time
i dont want to have puffy shoulders and no neck btw

Where to start...
You have a good base, nothing more, nothing less. It's a base. Your physique is similar to mine when I first started weight training. I was very athletic and therefore had a build similar to yours without lifting weights.
It would be very stupid to cycle now, for a few reasons:
1) You have a LOT of natural growth potential in you
2) Your test levels are very high already since you are young
3) Steroids will give you the same gains proper diet will give, so it's a big waste of money. Use the money you were going to spend on gear, on food, and you will be laughing.
You came on this forum asking for advice. We have given it to you. "10 weeks of test e" will do you a few favours: suppress your natural hormone levels, give you side effects, and waste your hard earned.
If you want to "look natty", then BE natty! Nothing worse than a guy that looks natty and has been juicing his brains out. It shows lack of discipline, diet, hard work, commitment, etc etc.
