Well im trying to achieve more of a bodybuilders physique rather than a fitness one. My goal is to get to 200 (ideally 210lbs) lean. Im trying to achieve this goal by summer next year by staying lean throughout rather than adding a tremendous amount of bf, losing my abs and vascularity. It's very hard for me however since I have a small frame to build on.
I don't know it's confusing. I'll be patient and continue what im doing for the next 3-4 months. If I see no increase in size whatsoever
ill have to resort to bulking and perhaps quit the cardio altogether which is something I would rather not do.
