A few pics of me last night.
I really hate my body. Im more of an ectomorph and it's so hard to gain more size (even on an average 4000cal/day diet) which im desperately after. I find it so easy to cut up (cardio does wonders) but to actually bulk and increase weight is a nightmare that's getting to me. I suppose stepping on the scales 2-3 times a week isn't helping either.
The damn camera makes those weird white patches. It's time to get a new one.
Im currently 5'll and approx 182lbs. I consume about 300-350g protein/day, carb cycle by eatubg 400-500g carbs day 1, 200-300g carbs day 2 and about 100g day 3 and then back again. Fat is usually at around 80-100g/day.
Any advice, critique on what to bring up (everything; more or less I giess) would be greatly appreciated. Sorry I didn't post the wheels. Next time I suppose.

Bro's thanks for the replies.
Well im trying to achieve more of a bodybuilders physique rather than a fitness one. My goal is to get to 200 (ideally 210lbs) lean. Im trying to achieve this goal by summer next year by staying lean throughout rather than adding a tremendous amount of bf, losing my abs and vascularity. It's very hard for me however since I have a small frame to build on.
I don't know it's confusing. I'll be patient and continue what im doing for the next 3-4 months. If I see no increase in size whatsoever ill have to resort to bulking and perhaps quit the cardio altogether which is something I would rather not do.

Well youre carb cycling and carbs are not particularly high (especially on day 2 and 3)
For gaining more weight I would definatelly increase carbs.
Fat and protein are high enough.
Maybe increase the overall carb intake, or just increasing a bit on day 2, 3.

make sure you cut out all cardio if your a hard gainer, eat late an night before bed, and eat, eat, eat.....if you not gaining at 4000 cal a day, maybe bump it up 4500-5000. thats a lot of eating though. Your going to have to sacrafice some of the ab definiion if your want to gain weight..

Thanks a lot. I'll try upping the carb intake and if that doesn't do it, then I suppose i'll sacrifice the abs. I should also be a bit more patient. Not one of my qualities I suppose.
And as for the carbs; thank God for oatmeal. I don't think I would ever be able to reach a sufficient carb intake without my oatmeal! Im going to shoot for 1000/600/400. Tomorrow is the 1000gcarb day. I better wake up early!!! Im looking forward to it! Well it actually happened back in 2002 when I attempted my first cycle which was I think 30mg/dbol first 4 weeks, deca at some low dose and testosterone enanthate . It was a disaster and a good slap in the face for me. Most of the gains were water and fat.
I was so eager in gaining as much mass as possible and I had read a lot of info back then that blocking out estrogen could also hinder muscle gains, so I basically let it do it's 'thing'...However, by the time I realized it was too late and I only used nolva during pct which didn't help with the gyno. Oh well I had to learn my lesson the hard way. I was very ignorant and too eager at the time. I should have spent more time on steroid .com (anabolicreview back then).
About reversal..I don't think anything would do it especially since it's been there for years now, but I have heard about and researched some reversal stories with letrozole but no I havent actually tried it yet. I suppose I should since I have nothing to lose before going under the knife.

That's it and one 14 weeker in April of this year which consisted of 750mg test, and 500mg primobolan depot every 4th day, along with 150mg proviron /ed
I tried to start the cycle with Anadrol but it just made me feel sick so I stopped it after the first week. I didn't gain much weight, but my body composition changed quite a bit. The fat melted off and I gained a lot of muscle hardness and not an ounce of water. I retained everything. ECA stack was used twice daily at 50/200/300 1 month on, 1 month off. A lot of Greek coffees and early morning cardio on an empty stomach 3 x a week. My diet was clean. Your looking very, very good in my opinion.
Its funny how nobody is happy with the way they look, or i guess we wouldnt be in the gym.
Your look now is the look i like, and for me its opposite of u. Easy to gain, tough to stay ripped.
I would say to spend more time studying and manipulating your diet.
Anything is possible with dieting. Keep on spending time manipulating your diet until u reach your goals.
Anyways, You look great brother.

Lookin good bro - I'd def up the calories if I were you - just add a double whey shake during the day and a big bowl of nonfat cottage cheese at night (add splenda & vanilla - makes it like dessert) That should get you another5-800 cals. And I'd do workl on your shoulders - delts & traps - especially delts - side raises, front raioses, etc. Seated DB military press too. Your chest & back look great - overall terrific job! Now go eat some more!

Imo it's about looking good in clothes as well as out. The ultimate goal for me would be to fill up an XL shirt while being ripped.
An extra 25lbs or so.
