Hey everyone I actually recently posted in the new male members subforum but i've been out of the scene for awhile and have recently just started (been working out for a week and a few days now). Im trying to bulk im around the 185 mark (fluctuates between 182-186) 5'9-5'10. Looking to get into a proper diet and split within the next week and will be writing down my workouts starting tomorrow.
