    new member pic

    im new to the site. and looking for motivation. ill admit i eat like a slob. i weigh about 175 and am 5'11" and want to get up around 205. sorry about the picture best i could do with my laptop web cam.

    How old are you ?. You may want to get your mug out of the Avi as well, what we do here is against the law and I am sure, if you go down that road, you dont want you photo displayed in every post office in the United States

    thanks for the warning i took my pic off the avi and im 19. and have not used any performance enhancing drugs. just on here reseaching and getting advice.

    Hey man - you don't look too bad considering you eat like a slob. Clean up your diet and workout like a mofo - you'll gain 20 lbs easy in 1 year - naturally! At 19 your test levels are ideal to support that kind of growth Good luck bro
