hey man i think you are looking pretty solid. are you eating clean? alchohol? im no expert but i would drop some carbs and up to protein to limit muscle loss about 2 weeks into pct. keep lifting heavy and hard and up the cardio moderately. i wouldnt go crazy and burn any muscle. im sure at 40+ you know your body fairly well....but thats just what i think

What do you mean acohol? If your drinking it will add to belly fat. So keep it very limited. One drink per day and no more than 2 any one day.
Just cut your calories until you get where you want. I use a high protien diet. Also add a little more cardio but don't go overboard add a little every week. And lastly give yourself some time. It is harder when your older I am 45, trust me.
PS Looking Good

Wish all you guy's would stop with the "over 40" excuses. Go to a competition and and you will notice the Masters (over 40) Division in usually as tough or tougher than the Open Classes these days.

Hey dude - You look good but i see what you mean - If i were you , i'd work on the diet. Looks like too many nuts to me and also the pepperoni sticks aren't really good quality protein. If it's tough for you to make the snacks grab a muscle milk or something similar. i'd def go for more complex carbs too. If you're in week 9, you have at least a month more of good gains - work out hard and eat big. BTW - i think you look way better now than your before shot - even if your were a bit leaner. Damn good work over 40! Props dude!

Do what i do. just cook a weeks worth of chicken, potatoes and whatever else you like. put it in Tupperware. when you need to eat. just throw whatever in the microwave. makes it much easier and your able to eat correctly all day.
my meal set up is something like this
#1 eggs(whites and whole), oats
#2 chicken, potato
#3 can of tuna, broccoli or whole wheat english muffin.
#4 chicken, potato
#5 can of tuna, broccoli or whole wheat english muffin.
#6 chicken, potato
its real easy for me to eat this way and your portion sizes are directly related to daily calorie needs.
how often a week you do cardio and what types?Last edited by AdamGH; 12-17-2008 at 12:20 AM.

No man...legs are developing...note ...not developed just developing...this cycle saw me working chest and legs the hardest...they were thinner before...so I am pretty happy with their progress.
