    looks alright, tell me u did'nt workout in that shirt. I just laugh at guys who where a bodybuilding tank top and dont look like ronnie coleman, but just for the pic you look like you have a solid foundation keep at it.

    Yeah those are the guys that usually spend more time looking in the mirror than they do working out. LOL!

    Looks like a great foundation man. Go for a clean bulk, lift like a mofo and you'll look great. BTW next time loose the shirt - hard to really comment if we can't see anything but your arms....;-)
