This is my cycle....and no its dosent involve any juice....
*DIET*
Breakfast- 2 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1 banana
Late-Morning Snack- 1/2 can tuna in water
2slices whole-wheat bread
1 Tbsp. fat-free mayo
Lunch- 6 oz. chicken breast
1 medium sweet potato
1 cup mixed fruit
Midday snack- 8oz. fat free yogurt
Preworkout snack- 2 scoops whey protein
1 banana
Postworkout snack- 4 scoops whey protein
1 wheat bagel
2 Tbsp. jelly
Dinner- 6 oz. chicken breast
2 cups spaghetti
1 can green beans
nighttime snack- 1 cup oatmeal
8oz. 1% cottage cheese (witch i hate)
Totals- cal-3300 protein-280g carbs-450g fat-34g
Workout- mon- cardio abs
tue-shoulders & little cardio 25 min
wed-legs
thur-back & bi's
fri-off
sat-chest & tris
sun-off

I think you could change a few things, but for the most part, I think it's a good diet.
If you really hate the cottage cheese, buy some casein protein and just drink a shake of that before bed. It takes a long time to digest so it's just about as good as eating the cottage cheese.(I hate the stuff too)
I think you've done a great job in the 6 months so far.
You see the thing is, it's not all genetics, most of the people here that say "I didn't get those results", I can almost promise you, they didn't follow a strict diet and workout schedule.
I've cheated myself before, and got shitty gains. I've also buckled down, and have seen great gains. It all boils down to how bad do you want it? Looking at your progress thus far, it's obvious your on a mission. Keep it up.

Ok so I did the natural thing for sometime so about 11 weeks ago I decided to do a bulking cycle of d-bol test and deca .. Here are some updated pics let me know what you think!!! o and i added two new star tats

Sorry for the late response..But thanks for all the replies!!!..to answer some of your questions....I'm weighing about 173/175lbs and im only 5'.5" so pretty good weight for my size i think so from start(1 year ago)/present Ive gained a total of 30 or so lbs ...And yes that's a cast broke my hand in an mma fight.

im prob about the same age as you, i graduated in 2005. i am feeling lazy and i do need to do something. I dont want to get as big as you are (thats a compliment) but i do need to eat more. i am too skinny at 6 foot, but if i did get that big i would be upper 190's. i would be a beast.
