    My goals and advice that i need!

    Hows it goin guys..just keep in mind any info would be very much appreciatted!
    20 yrs old,189,and i wanna say between 15-20%.as a guess.by my pictures maybe u will be able to better guess
    current working out 4 days a week on creakic creatine..and defintely not getting what i would like..so ive been doing insane amounts of research on this forum as well as other searches.found out from a friend who had great results from halotest-25 and was wondering if that would be appropriate.also any dieting info would be much appreciatted

    the first picture posted is summer 08 when i was a lard..and the next 2 are of me within the last day.
