    Great thread...

And here is one from my transformation. The "before" picture is me at around 29 years of age, and the "after" pic I am 45 years old. Today I am 49 and slightly bigger now (avatar most current pic @ 260 lbs)

Still want to get bigger, and WILL!

    Keep pumpin and growin!

Looking at that first pic I would have never believed you had the genetics to transform yourself to that degree. Great work man.

Should see old pics of Dorian when he was skinny.....

IMO you can't and should never judge just by looking at them their capabilities cause you never know what people are capable of....

yes in some cases you can but I just HATE it when someone comes through and tells a person they can't do this or that......

lucky I had some hit of muscles before I started to work out.....

this is me with literally 2 weeks of training......

I'm sorry, I was actually 230 in that picture. 240 was my max weight, but I was at a higher bf%. All the pics are here: http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=356056

Great progress and transformation! And of course you know that your quads are unreal...a LOT of bodybuilders I know would kill for your thigh size.

I read your postings on the other threads and I agree that powerlifting movements can be beneficial in building strenght, and in effect, size. That would help you in your upper body. I had the reverse problem as my upper body responded greatly to my initial training but th lowers simply wouldn't kick in. So, following a good friend who happens to have been a powerlifter turned bodybuilder I tried some powerlifting movements and the quads finally kicked in.

but in any case, you look great and in time you'll be even more dangerous!

Thanks Ron. That means a lot coming from someone of your size. After those pictures were taken I've dieted down and focused more on my upper body. I've been going real light on squats just to prevent total atrophy of my quads. I'm currently experimenting with different routines to see what works best and I've seen a little improvement so far.
