you are nowehre close to even be thinking about cycling man. no disrespect its just watching out for you. when you do hit the juice you want top results and what you are gonna get is what you could get with another year of working your tail off in the gym. i would think about it a bit man....

i just think that you have to eat tonnes of food... like atleast 600 grams of food per meal 6 times a day.. otherwise u cant expect to gain any weight.

all due respect all my family is small alot smaller than me height wise and not as toned or muscley small genes. i havent been able to break the 70kg mark so far ive put on maybe 5kg-7kg since the pic in red top and my diet consists of:

    6am porridge oats
4pm chicken or fish with pasta and potatoes
10pm pasta with sauce 1 tin of tuna
    1amsandwhich and/or snack 3 rice cakes
3am baked potatoe tuna and cheese

snacking inbetween and get in at least 2 shakes of mammoth 2500. eat around 6 meals in 24h trying to achieve 5000-6000kcal daily i used a diet website recomended on here to get the best suited plan.

i also train at home on a multigym doin thighs/calfs bench press deadlift squat use dumbells and barbell ect only 15-30 min cardio eod

had 1 cycle already last year but was ill advised would i be stupid to do another? thanks for your input and concern

most definately you should not think about cycling. you hae tons of growing to do. start lifting heavy and eating. you need to push yourself...figure out how bad you want it ya know? you need to stick to a bulking diet for a couple months and see where you end up. if i were you i would lay off on the 2500 shakes. eat real food---
carbs-oats, brown rice, sweet potato, red potatoes, yams,WW bread, green fiberous veggies
protein-tilapia, tuna, chicken breast, lean steak, salmon
i also think you need to get your fats. natural peanut butter is a great source of EFA ( essential fatty acids) as is fish oil, flax oil, olive oil

If you are going to do before and after pics you really need the shirt off in the befores as well as the afters.

fyi the pics are uncompairable - shirt on shirt off - your shoulder width looks similar and your forarms look similar...

as for juicing up... bro trust me your going to do what you want... however if you want it right you will see just about the same results(imo) as if you had a good diet... you need some read meat, some food as well, rice cakes? no way you are way to lean to worry about rice cakes... you maybe stuborn or just missing it - but you came to the right place for the real smart guys to give advice...

*eat - some how add 500- 600 cals a day at the end of 4 weeks re-evailuate your intake ad another 500 - 600 cals a day again till you start to see weight pack on (get some red animal meat in you, dont be afraid some good fats, and carbs too...)

*(take this the right way) post your work out so it can be "looked" at and you can take some ideas back to the gym

*as for the gear - get the first two right and you will ad 10 lbs of lean hard mass if it is done right - then if you must gear up - but you may not cause you'll be so happy with the results

    zip zip

Im suprised that nobody touched on this.....

And by this i mean, not how many cals you get in a meal from proteins/fat/carbs, im talking about the timing of eating. Look at the bolded comments in the quote above and then tell me that this diet is "good, not perfect, but decent."? Serious? Why are you trying to eat only 6 meals in a 24hour period? spacing food s out from 6am - 4pm is not good....im guessing your sleeping tho. So you should switch your foods up, proteins and carbs while your awake for the first 5 meals, last meal before sleep protein fats, then while your sleeping if your ambitious enough have a protein/fat meal. Ditch the shakes and get real whole food.

    Do rethink your diet.

If you think your sleeping schedule is off, try working 2 jobs and each job hours varying from night or day, or 12 hours to 8 hour shifts every week. I still make time for the gym, and still get my proper 6-8 meals per day. It can be be done and if you really want to grow you need to get your foods in during the day time and sleep at night, or sleep during the day and get your foods in at night. ITs clear tho that your not eating near enough, the shakes your body cannot absorb so much so your body has all this readily available proteins, carbs and fats and ends up shitting most out. Whole food is the best supplement and you WILL make gains with a proper diet specific to growing.
