Little update, am i doing ok?

Posted a bad pic of my self last time, some better ones now.

Am i working at a steady pace? 'Trying to bulk up'

    Age 19
    Height 6foot
    Weight 12stone 10.4pounds (179 pounds ?)

Body fat... Im not sure. Was 12% but i think I've gone up quite abit around 15 it seems.

Any suggestions? Weak points strong points where to improve.
Been working out for around 10month to a year.

what do your legs look like??

I would guess 12% bf also

at 6' and only 180, if you learn to eat correctly, you could easily get to 200 naturally !!

keep up the good work ,but don't forget about your legs, they are the foundation on which the rest of your body sits !!

There terrible, there my weak point. (i hope !) Ill try and get pic later on tonight of them.

I was stupid and didnt work them properly but from now on doing squats on wed with some other leg work, also doing circuit training day before so hopefully they'll improve now. Pure Chicken legs heh.

But yeh thanks for advice, and yeh my diet had been very clean and good past month or so but was only takin in 2500-2700 carbs, upped it to around 3300+ most days bit random. Just need the shakes again just for between me meals

Funny I was in your same boat not long ago, hell, I still am. I did find that upping carb intake got my pounds packing on. I went from 185 to now 197 so just keep stuffing that food down your mouth and like stated earlier. Don't forget legs, When I got serious with legs, good things started happening everywhere. I'd tell you all the advantages of working legs but I gotta be somewhere in the next few days.

Yeah, you reckon one day full on legs and one day mixture..i go circuit training in local leisure centre which is all cardio orinated but you do leg work, but not in massive pressure. light weights to tone up etc is enough a week?

Legs once a week is fine. Just make sure you're doing your squats, and going as heavy as you can without sacrificing form.

Up at 182 pounds now (Rehey... sarcasm lol)

Oh well.. still natural, trying to get up to 200 pounds by august dunno whether its a achievable task.

Updated picture.. Mainly tensing traps tho. Look abit skinny.

I need to work on my chest BADLY to be honest, what are my strong points? If any.. and weak points(apart from legs)
