Looking really good, might target the back and shoulders a bit. With a lil more work you could do well in a natural show if you decide to stay clean.

TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expenditure

Based on your age, height, weight, and activity level.

Based on my weight loss without being scientific about it,I'd say 3500 calories would be my calorie expenditure.I figured that because that's what it takes to burn a lb a day provided your calorie intake is dialed into what works for the individual. But I never looked that up for my age weight height.Feel free to check it out for me.I'll be 29 next month height 5'10 activity level I'd say high weight today is 172.4

    2.2? really?? that's barely a walk!

These are great results for 35 days, especially clean..much better than my results so far. I do my cardio for 30-60 mins at least speed 6 after weight training. Maybe I should switch it up and do it in the am. I just can't understand how you're burning enough calories doing only 2.2 speed!!!

Cardio after weight training I don't beleive in not at that level of intensity anyway.Glycogen is already really low after weight training so where do you think your body is going for energy?Your muscles. If you keep your heart rate under 120 the body goes into "lypolisys" using fat for energy.I do my cardio on an empty stomach in the morning cause the body just went through a semi state of fasting and keeping my heart rate low while doing cardio will only use more fat for fuel.

Ok so your TDEE should be around 3,000 Calories. How many calories are you consuming right now? Do you write a diet log?

Man you look great, but does anyone else see a problem with him losing 28lbs in only 35 days? That's close to 7lbs/week. I personally try to never shed more than 2lbs/week when cutting. You say you haven't lost much strength but I find that hard to believe with the amount of weight you have lost (in such a short duration) without the aid of aas. What body fat % were you at before you cut? Again, not trying to be Debbie Downer, you have accomplished a great feet but just seems as though you lost to quickly.

I said I lost a couple reps. But you have to remember it's bodybuilding not power lifting.I'm the only guy in my gym who never goes to failure, always uses a light weight so I can really get the best contraction out of every rep and I'm in better condition then anyone there, and I've only been dieting for 5 weeks.I take an educated approach to this game that I love and to always check the ego at the door.Size forget it,anyone can eat a ton of food to put on size but condition that takes brains. You won't see a bench at the beach bro.A couple guys said I was about12% when I started my diet. That pic of me in the red pants was when I started.

Good deal bro, you and I share similar thoughts about the whole "bodybuilding" concept. I'm not the strongest at my gym either and I like you, do check my ego/pride at the door as well. Man I wasn't trying to take away from your success, because you look great. I just thought your answer to the "how is your strength" question was a bit misleading. I have been cutting for 3 months now and know about strength loses, but like you said it's conditioning and looks that I am concerned with right now. Keep on trucking!
