    New member here.

    New member here but have been doing it for a while. I'm a big peptide gh fan.
    In this group of pictures depending on the pic I'm between 250 and 237. BTW-I'm 5 '10.

    Well right now I'm 238. MY original goal was 230 for the summer but now I'm thinking 225 220 might be very reachable. 1 hour a day of cardio is a pain but is definately working.
