RedRock- cangrats on posting a pic on here. that takes more guts than most here have. I hope to see many updates of your sucess as you begin your journey.
My guess is that you would be in the 24-25% range If you check out my thread I was about 22.5% when I started in september- with cardio- good eating habits, and hitting the gym no one will recongnize you by spring time.
