Im new, and i have some pics, how do i post them?

But before i get my pic up, im 18 years old 5'9 about 180 now. I used to be very active, but i just graduated about 5 months ago, so no more football. Now all my muscle is fading and im getting chunky, and i can't stop eating, could someone help me with a diet, or tell me a suppliment that could cut me, witout losing mass? thanx guys

hey buddy- if you look under POST REPLY click on it and scroll down till you see ATTACH FILE - click on the browse and that will take you into your computer- click on the file of the pics you want to download your good to go.

Just copied the picture of your web site made it into a jpg uploaded it to the site I use http://www.sicktracks.com/cgi-bin/ho.../manager.cgi.. Copied it the site and put it in the on the site.. Kind of confusing I know... But I tried haha...
