Hey man, what was your weight before you started leaning out and current weight?

also, what supplements do you run while leaning out?

Dude, you asked me the same question on my up dated back thread. It's still the same not a damn thing. All my money goes to food.I wouldn't waste a wooden nickel on any supplement that hooks people in with some bullshit marketing strategy that puts the face of Mr "O" or some other household name on there advertisement, not amino's,shakes,NO products or anything.Everything I need is in my passion and dedication to achieve my goals and everything my body needs is in the food I'm eating.Am I the only one who laughs at these ads and sees rite through them?I started my cut at 200lbs and after all my meals each day I'm at 174.0 as of yesterday.

Oh well it's hard to keep up with your threads, there's one for each body part.

yeah sometimes I think most people including myself buy into supps just because I would feel stupid if I quit after buying something you take over months of time working out.

I don't know, either way, good luck on your no all natty pathway.

Yeah, I just bought a lipoShed stack from agx, also a 10lb bucket of whey and a 90 serving tub of a BCAA drink called xtend.

Totals up around 250 or so. I'm not saying some supps are not just complete waste of money, but there are some that happen to work very good for alot of people.

Hey, if you have the extra money, why not? If you don't then o well, you shouldn't.

I have to agree that most supplements are garbage except; a decent multi vitamin, vitamin C, whey protein, and dextrose. Thats all I currently use besides food

EDIT: Almost forgot, Some fat burning supplements are great for energy, and green tea has some nice benefits...
