It's hard to judge the 3rd pic because it's kind of blurry.

If you would like to learn how to check your own BF accurately, check out this thread made by fireguy. http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=382456

Thanks guys I appreciate it. 15% ish not to bad but can be better. Notorious heres my diet I started last week. When I say I modified it I really only substitute the lean protien/fatty meals with different sources or add an extra protein only meal like 1 can tuna in between so its not that much of a mod diet but its working. Its tough to give up all those comfort foods especially soda which I had a migraine for 2 days from not drinking it but Im good now. Im also trying to only eat all organic foods. Big difference in quality but kinda expensive to.

MEAL #1 5 whole eggs (*****-3 EGGS ); add another 4 egg whites to this

MEAL #2 SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)....

MEAL #3 "Lean Protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/3-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

MEAL #4 SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added

MEAL #5 "Fatty Protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar..

MEAL #6 SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole (*****-3) eggs and 4 extra whites..

I will post as I progress.

    Thanks again!

he is obviously running keto diet? correct me if im wrong. htats the reason for the shakes with natty pb and the eggs. i would suggest throwing in another tbs of pb with your shakes. i only ran keto for about 3 weeks but thats a mistake i ran early. once i began to up my fish oils and adding more natty pb my hunger went down and i lost more fat. jmo. good luck!
