Thread: Frustration!!

    Frustration!!

    So as some of you may know I've been cutting for about 5 weeks now, and it's kinda getting frustrating. I mean my pants are getting all too big, and I wear my belt as tight as it gets lol, but could it be that I'm losing fat more in my upper body region? Is it different with every peson, I mean I'm sure there's guys out there that lose belly fat first, no? Veins are starting to pop out of my shoulders and my chest looks way ripped when I flex, but it seems that I just can't get 6 pack abs I really can't see a big difference in the pics, thou I know and feel leaner. Lost approx. 10 pounds so far. Anyways, I hope all of you guys cutting right now have better luck than I do.

    First pic is way back in like february, don't have one from march when I started(just trying to give you guys and idea). Second pic is yesterday.

    Big difference, way more ripped and toned, seems more muscular aswell. Good job

    Yeah it's probably just me. When others post Before/After pics I see progress right away, but maybe just cuuz it's me I'm judging harder, if that makes sense lol.

    I am Losing too fast!!

    In this thread I listed both diets, low carb days and carb-up day. I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, 45 minutes.

    it's hard for some people to see changes in themselves, even when they are apparent, this is noticed when you take melanotan 2, alot of people don't realize how tan they are getting because they see themselves several times in a day

    diet looks good

    second pic is a few % lower than the first, really noticable difference in pecs and lower abs

    There is noticeable improvement.
    There are exercises for helping with lower abs. Have you tried the simple 'crunches'? As well, go to a chin-up bar and do leg raises. These help a lot.

    I always incorporate a set of sit-ups where i keep my back and neck completely aligned (Straightened) with my hands behind my head.
    I use as much lower abs to bring my upper body to an upright position.

    You'll notice a difference.

    Thanks for looking at my diet Phate, jam helped me with it, an I know he learned from you hehe. I still got about 2 months till I hit the beach, so I'll get some more work done!thanks bro!

    dude your like me, no matter how ripped or big you get you cant see it. people tell me all the time your getting big but when i look in the mirror i think i look small. lol kinda funny how that works. but you have deffinatly changed. more ripped.

    I usually do cable crunches super-setted with sit-ups for my abs 3 x week! I thought about adding leg raises and crunches too! Thanks for the suggestions, I'll def. try them out!

    Haha yeah bro, it's probably the fact that you see yourself every day! That's why you should always take pictures before starting a new diet(bulk/cut) so you can see your progress! Thanks bro, imma keep on going!

    Thanks bro. Yeah I've been sticking to a diet religiously, and it pays off. You need patience for bodybuilding...if you're trying to lose fat too fast you'll risk burning a good amount of muscle with it.

    Just look at your collar bone you can totally tell in the second pick it is very prevalent.
    Shoulder, and arms are become separated masses of muscle keep at it
