Frustration!!
So as some of you may know I've been cutting for about 5 weeks now, and it's kinda getting frustrating. I mean my pants are getting all too big, and I wear my belt as tight as it gets lol, but could it be that I'm losing fat more in my upper body region? Is it different with every peson, I mean I'm sure there's guys out there that lose belly fat first, no? Veins are starting to pop out of my shoulders and my chest looks way ripped when I flex, but it seems that I just can't get 6 pack abs I really can't see a big difference in the pics, thou I know and feel leaner. Lost approx. 10 pounds so far. Anyways, I hope all of you guys cutting right now have better luck than I do.
First pic is way back in like february, don't have one from march when I started(just trying to give you guys and idea). Second pic is yesterday.

Seriously can't see a difference? What wrong with you then? Blindness?
Big difference, way more ripped and toned, seems more muscular aswell. Good job

looking way more ripped. what cardio are you doing? what is your diet like?

I am Losing too fast!!
In this thread I listed both diets, low carb days and carb-up day. I do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, 45 minutes.

it's hard for some people to see changes in themselves, even when they are apparent, this is noticed when you take melanotan 2, alot of people don't realize how tan they are getting because they see themselves several times in a day
diet looks good
second pic is a few % lower than the first, really noticable difference in pecs and lower abs

There is noticeable improvement.
There are exercises for helping with lower abs. Have you tried the simple 'crunches'? As well, go to a chin-up bar and do leg raises. These help a lot.
I always incorporate a set of sit-ups where i keep my back and neck completely aligned (Straightened) with my hands behind my head.
I use as much lower abs to bring my upper body to an upright position.
You'll notice a difference.

dude your like me, no matter how ripped or big you get you cant see it. people tell me all the time your getting big but when i look in the mirror i think i look small. lol kinda funny how that works. but you have deffinatly changed. more ripped.

Just look at your collar bone you can totally tell in the second pick it is very prevalent.
Shoulder, and arms are become separated masses of muscle keep at it
