Lost 70 lbs and starting HGH

Hey all, i love this site. I have been reading here for a while and have recently decided to start an HGH cycle.

I wish i had known about this site when i was a teenager as it would have changed my life (no AS, just all the workout/diet stuff)

At my top weight (high school) I was 5'8" about 250 lbs with a 42 inch waist. Then i started working-out and changing my diet. Now i am 6' 190. Dont know my BF but would be open to opinions.

I will post pics as i see progress. So far this is natural...

You've got a solid base, well done. I'd also love to see a before pic.

Thanks man. As for my cycle experience, i don't have any. I have not done AS yet, but would like to in the future. My rational behind the HGH is multi fold:

    1) I have read that any gains from HGH tend to be slow but permanent.
    2) I am very prone to MBP and already take Dutasertide (I don't look good bald, and i want to keep my hair as long as i can). Once it goes...on comes the test.
    3) Simple curiosity. I wanted to see what HGH was like

I will post before pics soon.

Wow that's an amazing transfomation, congrats bro.

Did you do that natty or enhanced? You look great bro, keep it up.

Edit: Nevermind the natty or enhanced question......did you use any other chems(clen,t3,etc>)?

Thanks man, that means a lot to get compliments from people on here. Yeah that was all done with diet and workout, didn't know about T3, clen etc when i started dieting. I would love to see what could be done with a little test, i think i could put on some good size...alas i have to wait till the rest of my hair falls out

That's actually pretty amazing bro.....look at those freakin veins pop from your lower ab region....fvcking hell I wish I was that low in BF.

Is your hair already falling out? Are you going with HGH?

Yes my hair is already falling out. I have been on Propecia and Avodart for about 5 years now. without them i would be bald, but with them i sill have a decent amount of hair. I am getting married in about a year, so i will try to keep my hair for the wedding, then probably shave my head after (as i will have to go off the Avodart when we start trying to conceive. Nobody wants a baby with hooves )

I have been HGH for about 2 weeks and looks like I am starting to loose a little BF already. I am on Hyges 5IUs a day.

I didn't avoid stretch marks unfortunately, but thankfully they are not that noticeable. i guess i am lucky that i have pretty good skin genetics. I do still have some loose skin and would have a much better abs had i never been fat...but there is not much i can do about that now.

Hey man - great place to be! Grats on the success - What was your HGH proptocol? length, dose, etc.? What's your age now? BTW - don't worry about the hair - the shaved head is def the coolest look!

I just started on (2 weeks ago) 5 iu ED of Hyge-tropin, 100 mcg T4, and some IGF LR3 100mcg. I am planning on running it for about 6 months or so. So far i have noticed some fat loss in my abs since that pic was taken and gained about 3 lbs. I can't imagine it would work that fast, but the numbers don't lie.

I can't wait to see where i will be in 6 months...

The only down side is that i have been getting nasty headaches (never a problem before). It doesn't seem to be a side of hgh that many have had, so i think i am going to chalk it up to the t4. I am also going to try drinking a lot more water.

Here is another photo where you can really see the HGH has had an effect on some fat. My veins are really starting to show. I am going to do my first little bit of test in a few weeks and see how it goes. And btw my girlfriend hates it and thinks i look like a freak...

Oh and btw i got my natty test level tested and it was at the very bottom of the normal range. I have never done AS, so i think a little test will do wonders...

Now that is what I call a base, you will grow like a weed on test man, holy crap.
And seeing that you are on the lower step of testo you will need less to grow more if that makes any sense.

Impressive bodyfat percentage right there. And I think your like 6-7%

Sorry i haven't been responding, I am on vacation.

So my diet isnt too crazy. I follow much of the advice in the cutting thread, but i eat enough that i am still gaining, while i lose fat.

So here is a typical day (i rotate proteins to so if is say "chicken" it might also be turkey, or pork etc..)

    6am 1/2 shake, some milk

    workout
PWO - fruit smoothy with protein and 40g glucose

    10am shake

12pm egg white omelette (ham, veggies) and a slice of wheat toast

    3pm shake

6pm - chicken, cottage cheese, bussel spouts (or other veg).

So that is about it. i have been running hgh for a little over a month a long with IGF (100mcg ED PWO) and T4 (100mcg ED).

to answer some other questions, i am 29 yrs old and the fat picks were taken in my teens. It has been about 10 years since i was fat, but i only got really dedicated to being ****** (or trying to be anyway) recently...

I don't know if i said it already or not but i am running hyges at 12 iu EOD (or 6iu ED for most people).

Dude - awsome pics - yes you are looking freaky with that vascularity - personally i think it looks awsome - you look totally cut! Good luck with the test - you will love it - and your GF will too - be prepared for the horny in you to come out - along with some extra wood. Hahahaha - it will remind you of high school - in a good way! LOL

From the time i started dieting it took me about 2 years to drop most of the weight. then i got in decent shape for the next 8 or so years, but only got really dedicated this year.

thanks all for the encouraging words. It is still hard for me not to see myself as the fat kid that everyone picked on, but i guess everyone that trains to the level seen on these boards has to be a little messed up

Hahahaha - too true - you're lucky that you got on board while you are so young. i waited til i was like 45 'cause i was "too busy" with work & family... Truth is you just have to make the time and the commitment. props buddy!
