Bro owed me money
Hey whats up everybody'
Pre-cycle story Age:23 casually athletic I have a natural frame that i let go to waste. ive never worked out for more than a day because i hate to run and people constantly staring at me while working out but thats what people do at a college gym. my daily consumption usually consisted of energy-drinks and seltzer, chicken wings and sushi.
This is the story
My brother is a fitness whore and owed me some money, so he offered me a package which consisted of 200 ius of gets (which was doing nothing but collecting dust) this membership on the forum and to be my trainer. so i accepted his offer.
Firstly he told me to take all the aggression caused by the rubbernecks and use it towards the pump!
Now that i took that approach towards working out I wasnt dreading it as much. I figured out a better cardio which is two laps around the two stairwells in my 17 floor apartment building. as far as an eating routine i went from 2 meals a day to 4, two of the meals consist of milk and a power bar or two. and salad, brown rice and meat for the other two. liquids consist of water, seltzer and kombucha.
I have limited my self to drinking two normal rockstars a week and chewing 2 packs of big red.
Cycle 1iu twice daily
When i started i weighed 201-5, 6ft bf-15%
its been four weeks
I currently weigh 190-2 and my bf-11.8%
any advice would be appriciated.
I have seemed to have most of my questions answered by reading previous threads and admins thanks
if any one has anybody has any questions or comments please feel free to post

Congrats on the progress. Sounds like your diet may need some work. Get that tuned in and you'll go even further. There are some serious gurus in the diet forum....check em out.

Thanks pitt. Yea i know, Im eating cans of tuna but i dislike the taste so i put a teaspoon of bbq sauce to make it a little more appetizing but i feel good after digesting it... I will look into the diet forum!

thanks lightsout i appreciate it i still have a little way to go but i wanted to post a month into it cuz its a requirement to take pics "its part of the program" according to the fitness whore a.k.a my bro and creating a thread motivates me to progress so i dont slack

GH no go? im almost done with it anyway. your more than welcome to come to florida and see for your self- i will even pick you up from the airport, these kids are dicks... im working on my diet, just not this week cause exams but im all done so no more six pounds of gummy bears But im glad i have your support.
DSM: im not trying to start but you are calling me out for having a heart, i see no problem with your profile pic but i could ask you something along the lines of "were those two guys drunk when they kissed?"
As far as my flamboyant tatoos go lol i shouldnt even explain myself cause it has nothing to do with getting fit but i cant help it. you guys obviously noticed the heart, but how well? did you notice in the first pic it was a rainbow heart or the ladybug on my shoulder? no? i didnt think so... its not a rainbow anymore.(it was matching with someone else) whatmorecanisay I Like hearts and i like rainbows but unfortinetly the two dont go hand and hand on my stomach lol so when i met a new girl(she had a six pack and boxed and shot guns which is what moved me to get in-shape) i decided my rainbow heart days were over plus i was sick of getting hit on at loehmanns lol so i filled it in. in a nut-shell story of my life

All of that aside, good work on making the change over to fitness. You can see a nice change in BF from the pictures above. I feel you have a understanding for diet, just not a very solid one. Keep reading everything you can in the diet section and get that locked in. Don't overwhelm yourself, just upgrade day to day or week to week untill you get it locked.
My advice to you would be
Cardio daily or every other day 30-60 minutes 3mph 8incline on treadmill am or/and post workout.
Take in 6 small meals that all consist of Protein and carbs Last 1 or 2 meals drop carbs and add some good fats
Weight train 1 day on 1 off or 2 on 1 off
Keep your sets no more then 12 for each muscle 6-8 sets for Bi and Tri work outs
This might not be everyones approach, but this might give you a good start untill you upgrade your knowledge in fitness.

Yea i know Im a Big softy lol, if you knew me a my personality youd understand... the ladybug is lucky...kinda to the same effect as a clover to me. I apppriciate your advice im gonna try the diet and the lifting, so far i just do minimal weights. like 35-40lb on c.curls and backward rows or rose, i dont know if im saying it right. im just working on form with the bench, warm up with just the bar then throw 15lbs on each side then 20 and then 30... but today i maxed out with 2-45 plates(i know i shouldnt over doit i was just trying it to get a feel if it was too much to rep but next week im gonna wean the 45s into my routine)
Thank you notorious for your direction, I will keep you posted on the diet. one thing i am stumped about tho is ive been eating like shit the last week but my weight isnt significantly gaining im staying around 192 could my metabolism be changing on me?

Good luck, diet is key. I must say the worst tattoo i have ever seen on a fella is that heart. I dont like them so could just be me.lol

Yopu have a good base, bro and Notorious gave you some great advice here! Eat big and go as heavy as you can to build some thickness.
As far as the tats go,,,IMHFO, Lady bugs and hearts should only be tatoo'ed on the head of your dick and be tiny (of course they do change size, but that's another story) lol

BC: Your Funny, I actually lost my pet mouse and then found him playing with my cam and he took the pic and i was threatning him not to... hes been cycling with me but hes doing some other stuff, i told him his hairs gonna fall out but he dosent listen... First thing, Noodles towers your mouse he weighs 3 pounds and 14 inches(with out tail) second dont be mad cuz Noodles is 100x more adorable than your mouse... whats his name?
