very good job man!! big changes
what are your goals for now?
wow nice transformation good job keep at it!
Hey Van, nice job.
It looks like you've improved every part of your body
Those 6 weeks of cutting should really show off all the muscle you've added nicely.
I don't know if you've tried the agx supps, but that lipoflame works very good during a cut. Just a thought if you want to speed up the leaning out process.
looking good bro. keep us posted on the cut
nice work, yeah 188 was pretty skinny for your build...
nice work!!
After the current cut you're goint to look ripped
looking good bro..but i'm not sure about your fetish for getting naked in the forrest.
LOL!! I was wondering the same thing. Looking good bro.
Nice job Van! You really leaned out and then put on some quality muscle.
Great progression in the photos, and all with sweat and nutrition.
You should feel really proud!
Great work bro!
the latest progress pic does make laugh out loud though! Not because of the progress...it just looks kind of funny! A grown man with his pants around his ankles in the middle of a campsite! To funny...but hey, it's working, right?!?!
nice work man, legs look solid
Hahaha, I gotta admit it is kind of funny, anything to make you guys smile you know. I was on the lurk for kids on that trip by the way, (Oh no I did'nt)....
Thanks manPretty pleased with my legs, can't fit into any normal pants anymore, that kind of sucks, oh well

Things are going steady, already seems to get in lighter readings on the scale, and waist measurements are down.
I don't think I will post images every two weeks, I will post when I am done cutting I reccon, cheers
On a sidenote: I wanted to have some chocolate today, but I refrained from having any. Anywho I weighed two "bricks" of milk chocolate, friggin 100kcal, that's amazing.. No wonder some people get fat. 2 bricks, cmon now..
