    Just started cutting m8, about 4 days ago. Going to cut for about 6 to 8 weeks and feel good for the summer

    Hey Van, nice job.

    It looks like you've improved every part of your body

    Those 6 weeks of cutting should really show off all the muscle you've added nicely.

    I don't know if you've tried the agx supps, but that lipoflame works very good during a cut. Just a thought if you want to speed up the leaning out process.

    I haven't tried it and I won't either. Cardio and diet works wonders, that's all that is needed, in my opionion at least.

    I feel the same way, it's the first "fat burner" i've ever tried but cardio on these things feels like your running for the championship belt.

    To each his own, i'm all for just food and exercise too.

    Haha, I was doing cardio the other day, and I brought my camera to take pics of the nature, and that led to taking that picture

    the latest progress pic does make laugh out loud though! Not because of the progress...it just looks kind of funny! A grown man with his pants around his ankles in the middle of a campsite! To funny...but hey, it's working, right?!?!

    Things are going steady, already seems to get in lighter readings on the scale, and waist measurements are down.

    I don't think I will post images every two weeks, I will post when I am done cutting I reccon, cheers

    On a sidenote: I wanted to have some chocolate today, but I refrained from having any. Anywho I weighed two "bricks" of milk chocolate, friggin 100kcal, that's amazing.. No wonder some people get fat. 2 bricks, cmon now..

    A little update, been cutting about three weeks now

    What you guys think?
    Anyone care to guess bodyfat?
    I would like to get to less then 10% this year.
    Would like to get really really low. As low as I can get, so we'll see
