    before and after pics (204lbs)

    hey everyone- my first pic is me from just over a year ago at about 180, the second pic is me now at 204 (today) im just about a month off a cycle of gh and test- just wondering what you think i shoud do now as far as a bulking cycle or try to cut up ?

    Nice improvements bro... Solid gains.... How long did you run the GH and at what dose and with how much test?

    As far as bulk or cut... I'd say go for another cycle for quality size gains now and then run a cutting cycle before summer...

    You could also run a 10 week bulking cycle and then run a cutting cycle for 6 weeks after the bulker...Throwing in a Clen/T3/Winny stack with test as your base to cut up a little...

    i did 4ius of gh 5 days a week for 4 months - only did test for the first 4 weeks then i ran out- all together i gained about 15 lbs from it- a lot of the wieght came right after i stopped the gh- now im lookin to do gh along with maybe 500 of enenthate with maybe a down hill cycle of d-balls to help with the bulking- figure id run the dballs for 6 weeks, test and gh for 12 , then start cutting for summer with some clen- what do you thiink

    yes you really should show your legs plus front and back shots. Cant tell much from one shot with clever down-lighting...

    ill try to get some more pics- the body fat is pretty high, i would guess around 10-12% right now current stats are 46.5 , 18, 32.5, dont know quads- o and im 5'9

    flex_nutz- thanks for the compliment- i know my forearms are really disproportionate- dont know what to do, tried every exercise

    Does anyone have a really good bulking workout routine?????

    Spanking the Monkey is great for building forearms, just make sure u alternate arms, u dont want a lob sided for arm now do u =)

    To bring up your forearms, prioritize them, treat them like you treat your chest. Hit them alone at least once a week...there are tons of different exercises/variations you can do. I never wear straps and I always hit my forearms hard on arm day. Come to think of it, I'm one of the only guys hitting forearms in my gym, everyone thinks they'll just grow from secondary work.
