ThickMass not really a change but just a little more mass I try to gain at least 8-10lbs of LBM a year I never gain any fat I want to be 200-210lbs with a 8-10% bf by the time I am 40

Here Thickmass I try to put the two of these together as best as I could the one with the tan is 4 years ago the one of me with the Tat was this year in July. As you can see I just look a little thicker not much of a difference.
