    Actually if you would read my first message on this threat, it does say my weight. Also i never claimed to to eat 4500-6000 cals, i posted 4500-5600. So if you read closely its all there. But i will try to detail what i eat soon.
    For now i just wanted just an overall suggestion with my height and wight, what is the optimal kcal intake i should have. I will adjust the amount of items that i eat to that.

    Wow lets nit-pick over a difference of 400 cals. Are you kidding me?

    Yeah ok 174lbs at 6'2'' Second cycle. Why are you cycling? My second cycle got me to top out at 243 5'11'' with no more than 12% bf, we have also been at this around the same amount of time, 2004. I didn't get serious till about 2 years ago as well when I focused in on my diet and training. The reason people are telling you not ready is cause you haven't been serious enough in your dieting or training and it shows in your results.

    So you are now running 3+ compounds and are at that weight and strength level?? How is that not embarrassing when you have high school kids that are natural who are bigger and stronger, one of the reasons I waited is so I could tell everyone I have "X" amount of strength in my bench, deads, and squats without drugs. Not I can't even press 275 without drugs, thats sad dude. A little bit of dedication and heart go a long way

    So what is your overall goal

    No none of your diet is there. List out what you eat EVERY meal with macros, protein, carbs, fats and cals. Not I eat this and that.

    chop its simple.
    eat clean and lots ...4500 to 5600cals im not sure your anywhere near that.

    im following this straight outta flex

    TOTALS 3,068 CALS 327 PROTEIN 324 CARBS 50G FAT

    atleast 1500cals less than you,not on any kind of gear and i look in good shape even when fully clothed.lol
    im 5'8" 175.not the biggest but in decent shape and i look better than 99.9% of people i see when im out.
    not meant as a diss but cosidering you train so hard,eat so well and are juiced up its a surprise you look the way you do.sorry.

    check diet!!!!!!!!
