Hiya guys, this isnt a journal but I would just like to show you how im getting on. Ive been training since I was 18 (currently 23) and have worked abroad a few summers so training has always been up and down. I have cycled AAS and think I have a good knowledge on the subject but something always seems to come along and I start back at square 1.
So at the beginning of this year id had enough and got my self sorted, wanted to get in the best shape of my life. Trained from jan naturally up unitll 7 weeks ago when I started my cutting cycle
Weeks 1-14 = 50mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-7 = 50mg Winny (tabs) ED
Weeks 7-14 = 80mg Var ED
Also running 4iu Hyge HGH 6on 1off and plan to run till xmas, love the stuff
TRAINING
1 hours cardio every morning 8.3km/h on the treadmill
chest/tris
quads/calfs
shoulders
back/bis
hams/calfs
abs
off
Some ppl may see this as over training but its working for me.
DIET
40grams protein powder with milk
200g chicken + pack frozen veg
200g chicken + pack frozen veg
TRAIN
40g protein powder with water straight after training
200g rib-eye steak
300g tub cottage cheese with pineapple
Some times i change my meals for a tin tuna or 2 tins mackeral in tomato sauce or 200g salmon/cod/ prawns. All my meat is fried in a little extra virgin olive oil and I might have a few tbsp natural peanut butter through out the day. I was having powdered oats in my morning shake for the first 7 weeks but have taken them out to speed up the fat loss. Maybe once a forrtnight ill carb up using good carbs (potato, oats and rice)
Really happy with the way my body is changing and looking forward to see how I look at the end of my cycle. Thats about every thing, if anyones got any questions fire away!!
