    My stats:
    22 yrs old
    5'7" ft tall
    192lbs (from 230 8months ago)
Ive been working really hard to cut down, used to lift just to lift and had a very poor diet. Always lifted heavy since that pretty much all I knew from football in High School. Blew my back out in December and the Dr said a lot of it had to do with how heavy I was and how unflexable I was. Rested up for a month and a half and then got down to the cardio, cleaned up my diet, and I have moved more toward lifting a little less weight with a lot less rest time. I just want to gage where I am at and how far I need to go. I would like to get down to about 175, 180lbs.

I know its a guess but what do you guys think? All comments are welcomed and greatly appreciated, I know I still have a ways to go....
All pictures are taken totally relaxed, wheels included...

You are still a bit too fat to get an accurate 9 site, keep at it, you will get there. You are looking around + 20% to me.

Where you're at is probably near what fireguy said.

i'd suggest you start hitting the weights and tone up now that you've drop alot of fat.

Maybe do a day lifting then a day off for awhile. All kinds of good workouts on this board.

Keep doing the cardio though, don't let up on it. 4-7 days a week depending on how your joints hold up.

Also do your cardio either am before eating or POST workout, never before lifting.
