hi guys i have no idea what my BF% is ....just wanting to know if theres any guesses out there for me ?? thanx

hard to say with out back or legs in but

no abs
soft filled in look

i would say 16

not to say you dont have a great build and great base... you looks solid not cut

you look a little smooth, gonna have to go with amcon and say 15-17 %

but YES, that is a decent base going

na you look fine ... you have a solid base and i do dare say that you are the major exception here

if you were to say you wanted to juice, even at your present bf - you would be very justified

yea well im running test e for 10 weeks at 450mg a week with clomi and nolva for pct , but im running ROPEL and its only 75mg/ml so i have to pin 6 mil a week and im doing it twice so 3 mil a time and damn thats alot of liquid to inject in one hit lol...but yea im hoping to get another 10 to 15 kg at the end of it with my diet the way it is so im sitting on 100kg now with what you guys say is around 16% BF so do you think i will hit the 110kg mark or maybe even 115 ?

You will be lucky at 5-8kg (11-17lb) solid after a cycle most will be water, But you have a good base so good luck

16% I would say but its really hard to tell.... Its so much easier to just simply buy some calipers and find out on your own.

Its all been said, around 15% but its what you see in the mirror and how u feel about it that counts. On another note, was your mother molested by a duck and you are the result ? That 2nd pic it looks like u got a bill dude :-)

stomach looks really flat and dont see any love handles, its possible that your bf is a lil under 15 but u dont work abs therefore htey arent popping out, do u work abs? definitely built though.
