Starting back after 2 month off

Well, basically I'm into week 2 of working out again since not doing anything since first of April due to my Rt shoulder. Doc said to say off, it was killing me and xray showed lots of scar tissue, arthritis and possible torn ACL
I really dont want surgery so I got a couple cortizone shots and sticking with light weights.

I think my base is not to bad and I didnt loose to much size. I need to start working the legs more but I cant do any squats or dead lift due to 3 herniated disks and doc want to do a fusion. Yeah I'm a mess and in a lot of pain most of the time mostly in the lower back but I work through it.

My weak point is my chest I think at this point. I'm not looking to cut until next spring, I want to gain some size first and 90% of it will be natural with good diet and exercise.

I did one cycle about 8 months ago with test only and I'm on HRT LOW dose of 200mg every week.

I did one other will a little dbol n winny but cut it short because of the shoulder but only a few weeks.

The shoulder issue is due to injury from 6+ years ago. Fractured the ball falling on it skiing, went off a 15 ft drop onto HARD pack/ice.

First pic is from 1 1/2 years ago, others are from this week. Be kind, remember I had 2 months off, the lighting sucks and I'm an old guy, 46 LOL

Thanks for all the compliments. Of course I know I have a LONG ways to go and I really want to get more like my avatar, that's my goal.

I will do it mostly natural, only cycle to get some size eventually but I know it's done with diet and exercise

Yeah the curtains are bad but they keep most of the light out since I sleep during the day.

I have a Pi girl who wants to make me new ones.

Is that like being "kinda pregnant"?

Nice transformation, keep up the good work. If all thats seperating you and working legs in a spinal fusion then get it done. Been there myself and its not a big deal at all.

Yeah it's something like being kinda pregnant. LOL No I mean I cant say it's 100% natural because I am on HRT to get my levels normal, around 600-700. Even on cycle I was only at 1200 so not very high considering most people on cycle are over 2000.
Good to know about the fusion but I'm holding out since they are not doing Stem Cell replacememt but insurance doesn't pay yet but hopefully in the next couple years and it's non invasive.

Yep they look big to me. 17" are not to shabby, and the shorter you are the bigger they'll seem 5'8 ain't to short.. tho
