    24 y/o natural

Few progress pics for you guys, first couple are from summer 2 years ago ('07, right after college). I've been lifting pretty steadily since then, it's tough at times with the job and all keeping everything in check, and recently i've started classes on top of that, which makes it even harder.
24 years old, 5'9, a bit under 180. Natural, never cycled anything but creatine, though i've considered jumping into something in the near future. Throw any comments or criticisms at me, let me know what I should work on for the next year. I'm starting a bulk and have been cruising the diet and supp forums heavily trying to learn some new tricks.

-oh, and sorry for the horrible tan lines

You have an awesome physique bro well done. Nice wheels, hows your back? If anything I'd say bring up your chest a bit. But overall you look pretty well ballanced.

Hey guys thank you so much for the kind words. As for the chest and calf comments, don't I know it, I've tried like crazy to get these to grow. Just bad genetics really, but I'm trying to switch up my workouts a bit and hit them at a new angle, maybe jump start something.
Honestly I probably won't experiment with gear for awhile, but it does get discouraging not being able to put on size the way you could when you were younger, despite workout harder and eating better.

no idea on the bf% serious, i've never been good at guessing that type of thing

Looking good man..... Your diet must be pin point 100% accurate.... Good size... If you were ever to consider going to the dark side..... You will become a beast bro... 100%... You will pass t-mos in a cycle or two.

Thanks again for the comments. c-Z I wouldn't say my diet is pinpoint accurate at all, but I try to always keep it in check. Doesn't take long for your coworkers to love you for the bag of chicken you bring into work everyday, and sometimes pour 6 cups of garlic salt into your tub of oatmeal.
I'll definitely have the dark side on my mind in the next few months, I was just telling a friend last night he's going to need to convince me to stay natty, as he is, cuz lately i've just been feeling like putting on some serious size again

Well whether or not it's pin point accurate.... Your obviously doing something right. Keep that up man.. you look excellent. This is definitely a good example for those newer guys who want steroids right away to take the easy way out..

Nah I've always had to watch my carb intake pretty closely, but I was always active too, even before I started lifting, so that helps. Cardio for this past cut was mostly based around my schedule, regularly on wed., sat. and sunday (non lifting days) for about 45-1hour. Sometimes I'd go for 25 minutes after a lift, but that was rare, as I was doing a high volume workout routine that was pushing past 1.5-2 hours working out already.
