    Looking very solid but I dont think you are in the 6-7% range. We would be seeing striations in the quads and a tighter look overall. Still very impressive, gonna have to work on the posing ALOT if you are gonna step on stage anytime soon. Keep up the good work!

    yea i just bought the chicken breast and yams. i think you gave me that diet but im going to start it monday. im going to eat thaat every 2 to 3 hours anything else i should add. and 1 more thing i never did cardio should i start. thanks again

    I hate you for this! lol dude that is insane, if I dont do cardio atleast 4 days a week I get fat, if you started doing cardio you'll look even more rippe*d.
    but I guess it depends if you want to bulk up or get even leaner.

    honestly im new to dieting i really didnt have an idea of a good diet. i never did cardio and wondering if i should. i take notes from this forum everyday and apply them. you guys are great keep up the good work. lol i never new what glutamine was now i know lol

    If you cycle, as you friend said "we aint ready"...

    Personally i would not cycle until you stopped making gains (assuming you wanted to get bigger). Have you plateaued or are you still growing?

    yea im still making progress. when my brother said the "they aint ready" comment he was talking bout our cousins who workout aswell.

    thanks man. 6sets pull downs to the front. 4sets barbell row, 4 sets dumbell row, 4sets cable rows. saturday and sunday i also do pull up wide push up and dips 10sets in the park.

    haha,no diet and looking great,i would be very interested in your progress over say a 3-4 month period on a good diet,you remind me of a workout partner i had back in tha day his bf was not as low as your but his diet was actually worse than yours ( on occasion he would eat candy all day and only 1 meal at night ) and he maintained 230 pounds at 6' 1" with a bf of 15%,bp 405,squat 600.
