Nice look you have going. If you can bring your legs up to match the top half you will be even better. To post #5 I am guessing he is around 9%.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm actually 5'11. The 72 inches was a typo. This is my third cycle. I been training for going on 8 years now. I started cycling last year. I was actually 206 when I started my first cycle. First cycle was 75mg Prop ed for 6 weeks. I got up to 226 then came back down to 216 post cycle.

Second cycle was Prop 100mg ed, NPP 100 ed, and Anadrol 50 ed for 6 wks. Cycle was 13 weeks. Got up to 240 and came back down to 222 post cycle.

My third and current cycle is 750mg test cyp, 600mg NPP. Thinking about tapering in Anadrol from 50 to 200 mg for 4-6 wks. I kick started with 100mg Prop ed for 4 wks in the beggining.

The pics don't do my legs any justice. They are pretty big. I'll have to take a few pics of the legs again. My wife and my brother says that my legs are huge. Of course I've been plagued with the typical African American calves. I bust my ass on leg day no doubt. I really put my all into my back and leg workouts. That really makes you stand out come competition time.

I'm looking at competing at the end of the season maybe in Oct. or Nov. I'd like to get up to 260. That is my goal, then I'd like to lean out from there for a competition. My bodyfat doesn't vary much at all from on cycle to post cycle. I think that is a good thing as it let's me know that the weight gained is quality muscle.

Thanks again for the complements. It's been a long and tedious ride as is and I am a work in progress.

you're lookin great. shoulders and traps are sweet...

my ONLY suggestion, is possibly more hamstring work, and calves.

    keep kicking ass!

I will probably add in some fst-7 sets for my quads and hamstrings. I think I need to do quads by themselves, and then do hams and calves on another day. Like I said in another thread after almost 8 years, I am still learning and tweaking. Shoulders and Triceps today are on the menu. I might even so some hams and calves. My workouts are seldom the same from on week to the next.
