June 24th will be 21 weeks of contest prep simulation.I dropped all cardio about 2 weeks ago and now I'm only doing cardio before bed I started this last tuesday when I dropped the beef.I'm in a bit of a holding pattern rite now so I don't miss my peak.I'm getting a lot of OT at work and I also got folicilitus from shaving under my belly button and it's a bitch to get rid of even with script my doc gave me,oral meds and cream it's been 13 days and it's only subsided slightly..Before I peak I want it gone so the pics and video I do are absouloutly perfect.I switched to 85%ground beef as my protein source for 4 meals a day outside my egg whites for 7 days just to see how my body would react while still eating my cup of oats in the morning and to my surprise I got harder,fuller and leaner while doing zero cardio,pretty cool how your body reacts to different foods at this level of bf.I go on vacation August 8th for 1 week.The week prior I'm gonna cut my carbs down to a half cup of oats with my egg whites until the 7th then I do the carb load,pics,video all the stuff I've been waiting to do.It's been a long fun road and I'm really looking forward to the end result.And jumping rite into the winter bulk.
