sorry people havent been on for a while. Ive got a recent pic I took for my woman last week, ill see if I can find it and post it up.
My knee seems to be a bit better at the moment and have got a physio appointment for next week so fingers crossed they can help me out and I can get back to squatting properly instead of the light weight more reps routine that Im currently doing.
Ive also jumped back on the gh again and am running 5iu per day first thing in the morening but this is only my second week so got a bit of a wait yet before seeing any results, love the gh
oh and Im also running pentadex300 eod jabs and 600mg deca (mainly for the lubed up joints to try and help with my knee a bit)

and yeh okinawa, the only problem is my messed up knee, if it wasnt for that then id be doing all I can on my legs mate, pisses me off that I cant at the moment and Im hoping physio will sort it out mate, touch wood hey lol
oh and the gh last time made me lose fat from around my waist and stomach and was on 4iu per day and run it for almost 7 months mate, that was generic blue tops the same as im running again this time. i may even up the dose again to 6iu per day but once the pains start in my hands will then split up the dose as i did last time. The gh made the veins pop up all over my shoulders and chest also and they have stayed. Ive always been very lean which is a good thing

where my knees concerned Ive had pains in them for years, the hospital said it was because as i was growing up the muscles round my knees didnt develop properly. When its cold in the winter they hurt a hell of allot, but not as much as they do now. Im unable to squat at the moment or leg press basically anything heavy really, and all I can manage (SOMETIMES) is some light leg extensions and very high reps but even then sometimes I will get on the leg extensions and Ill be fine but other times it absolutely kills.
If physio doesnt help then I honestly dont know what i will do tbh, Ill be in a right pickle lol
before I never used to have to tense my legs for them to pop up but now I do and its really disheartening.
If anyone on here has ever had the same problem as I do or can help in any way then I would really appreciate it??

Have you tried any joint meds? Or maybe wrap the shit out of your knees for stability? That must really ****ing suck!!!!! I hope they find something out for you!!!!
No mate I havent tried any joint med, I honestly wouldnt know where to start with them tbh lol I have tried strapping it up tight however and is ok whilst doing it but later on after taking it off it hurts even more m8.
I mean the deca has actually helped it a bit, thats why Im running it but Im still unable to train properly as the deca will just hide some of the trouble and not actually take it away.
So what would you have in mind for joint meds then mate?
