Final 2 weeks August 10th the unveiling.

Alright I posted the calve pics earlier but since I'm in the last 2 weeks and I'm really gonna dig deep for my best effort the transformation from now to then will be something I want everyone who's been following my progress to watch closely.I'm gonna train 14 days straight to get completely depleted with my last leg workout being this week and carbs will be 1/2 cup of oats for the first 7days then the final 7 days will be no carbs.Diet is as follows for the mext 2 weeks.

    first 7 days
    6am
    Meal #1
    12 egg whites
    1/2 cup of oats/splenda

    9am
    Meal #2
    1 tilapia fillet
    2 cups broccoli

    12pm
    Meal #3
    Same

    3pm
    Meal#4
    Same

    6pm
    Meal #5

    9pm
    Meal#6
    8oz boneless chicken breast

    Last 7 days
The only change will be no oats and no splenda or any other seasonings.

    Cardio 40min in the am
    Cardio 40min before bed

I've done some carb loading trials and feel that I look more full and vascular if I just eat alot of bing cherry's and natty peanut butter rather then eating more carbs from any source so on the day I take the pics I'm gonna just do the cherry's and peanut butter and introduce 1-2tsp of table salt.

This will be a total of 23 weeks dieting on August 7th.

Fine with 1 cup of oats I've been doing that for at least the last 10 weeks I believe.Tomorrow the last 14 days begins.I'll be fine it's not much difference it's more the stress of hating my job that bothers me that compounds the low carb effects more then anything.

Thanks,I know I'm having dreams of oatmeal, honey and peanut butter, and peanut butter pancakes. From September to March I'll bulk up and peel the fat and see what works for me on bulking. That'll be a full year of trail and error on what works for me for cutting for contest condition and bulking up enough safely without over doing it.Probably just go high mono unsaturated fats and add brown rice, sweet potato in moderation with 2 days a week white carbs.

No gear here buddy, only an educated and dedicated approach to what is not my sport but is my lifestyle "bodybuilding".Welcome to the board but please consider that drugs are not the answer to a respectable and desired condition. They are only the means of placing on a stage or in a professional career in bodybuilding. There's proven benefits for older men with test deffeciancy and a whole lot of other medical benefits etc,etc but if I can give you any advise it's this learn how to train and eat to grow before you use drugs for something that can be easily achieved naturally through hard work and education.

    Thanks,
In the second phase it was 3 sessions a day,now I know that was too much but it served it's purpose.45 min each session I did that for about 6 weeks if I remember correctly.I changed things up a lot so I'd have to go back through it all to be specific.

I'm gonna retract my previous statement about the carb load trials not working.Yesterday on my high fat day I decided to throw a lot of carbs in cause I knew these last 2 weeks were gonna be rough so I had 2/1/2 cups of oats/8oz sweet potatoes and 1 lb yes 1lb of bing cherrys throughout the day with 2lbs of beef and 36 egg whites and 8oz boneless breast and too my surprise today I was a lot bigger and leaner with veins and striations I've never seen before.I normally only eat 1 cup 54g of carbs a day then I kicked it up to 204 carbs from oats and sweet potatoes with how ever much carbs and natural sugars are in 1lb of bing cherrys.I'm gonna do a 2 day load then drop the water the night of the second day then reintroduce sodium at 2tsp for blood volume.take some pics an hour later then hit up some simple sugars with some rice cakes and natty peanut butter.

i 100% agree about the natural thing. i am on my first cycle now, but it baffles me to see how amazingly out of shape many of the guys that run gear are. You have gotten to a point that most cant even reach shooting a gallon of ASS a week. nice job.

This is continued proof that a good diet and training is paramount.

He shoots he SCORES!!!!This is 1 of the reasons I actually started this entire contest prep simulation.I'm trying to demonstrate that there's really no need to shoot your body up with all that shit. It's just a short cut for non competitors who want a really good physique without putting your time in on the education and the discipline to stay on your diet when you really don't feel like it.Listening to others on how to diet I feel is the biggest mistake. If bodybuilding is what you love then it shouldn't be a drag to learn about it.I myself relish in the challenge of bodybuilding.Once I do the carb load and peak I'm not gonna go slop up a bunch of junk I'm gonna have a day or 2 where I'll hit up the beef real hard and sweet potatoes after some IHOP then just start eating alot more mono unsaturated fats with my meals that will be mostly chicken/Rice.almonds-Oat meal egg whites/Natty peanut butter/raisons-Beef/sweet potatoes. All just good ass food.

Sure I lost strength but I know for a fact I've brought up my muscle size especially quads, calves and biceps,Occupational hazard buddy,in calorie reduction there's no way around it and if you are training to hard in calorie reduction you'll loose muscle cause your not eating enough to support that activity, intensity level.

All I can tell you is that I'm burned the fuk out from hanging welding and cutting steel all week in 85 degree heat, this has been the first week out of the whole 24 weeks that I really almost killed my boss out of intolerance for frustration.

Last time I weighed myself was Wednesday night before my last meal I was 171.2.

Bf % I don't know that's really not what it's about for me but it should be noted at some point before it's over.Every week more and more striations and veins are exposed I really feel I have a lot more time to go for my best condition but honestly 24 weeks of dieting like this can't be healthy mentally or physically.Every morning the line that seperates my abs is more visible and when I finally go keto for the last 2 or 3 days I'm sure it will be fully exposed.1 MORE WEEK JUST 1 MORE!!!!!!Then I go on vacation for a week to really just relax.I'm broke as shit all my money goes to food and that just about covers it at the moment.

Thanks Nark,I remember back when I first got here when you were getting close to a show and said you were running out of money and supplements I know exactly what your talking about. What makes it more difficult is that when your this deep in the diet all you really have well all I really have is myself and my own devices to reinforce myself to keep going. You can learn a great deal about your self when trying to accomplish such a difficult task that requires you to be withdrawn from the normalcies of life.I've relished in it and it ain't over yet.

We park our cars in the same garage my friend. To many people think that steroids are the answer to there excuses, they just don't realize there only a means of advancement of an already advanced condition and not to be relied on for the end result of hard work.Steroids are not a supplement of hard work, dedication and an iron will to be your best is the only way to bring out your best. This is one of the reasons I did this natural to demonstrate that as long as you stick to your guns and complete goals that a realistic for your own ability's your gonna see what your made of and whether you have what it takes to do what you feel is neccessary to achieve.

Yeah people dont realize what is put into perfection of a body. Media and average people think steroids are magic. You take them an d your 250lbs ripped. So many people take them and are dissapointed because they are not getting the results people make it out to be. Diet is seriously key to a good body. Nothing else will change that and NO ONE is an exception to it. But i think everyone wants to believe at first that they might be the exception to that.
