    hey man i dont know if you have read this....its saying that doing the eca and clen 2 weeks each will not work because you dont give your receptors time to up regulate....because they both hit the same receptors......anyway take a look and see what you think.....

    youl definately save money.........what way are you going to run it...are you going to use the clen or eca....are you doing 2 week on 2 week off or using ketofin/benadryl if doing the clen...

    I feel like Im wasting away even though I have upped my cals. So instead of walking 3 min jogging 7 for an hour every morning. I'm going to start doing a 60min brisk walk early am and thats it for cardio. Im down to 234 lbs btw. people are starting to comment on how lean im getting feels good but of course I feel tiny with my now 17 in arms FML

    It's hard to cut down and conserve all the muscle! i think that's a good change tho - keep your heart rate in the lower range to burn fat (60% max) seems weenie - but i am doing my cardio with a heart rate of 120-130 now - barely any effort involved there IMO. Seems like you are loosing pretty slowly tho - and that is exactly what u want to do to loose fat & conserve muscle. Good luck bro!

    Guys just throwing this out there but lifting each group once a week and walking instead of running is doing wonders in a positive way to my look and how I feel.

    Still going very slow but steady. I was 231 lbs empty this morning. Doing Dave palumbo diet ATM bc carbs don't seem to be my friend. Going to update pics at 225 lbs. Abbs are coming back nicley and I don't work them ever. Shows that good cardio is the answer for abbs!!! I try to tell other fat people doing crunches this all the time

    Arms are at 17 still so with 24 lb loss I have managed to lose .5 inches of the arm

    Yea been lifting hard core for three years doing bulking diets and cutting diets while at it. This is my third cut diet and the first two I learned a huge lesson. Take your time walk slowly lol. If you lose weight to fast you definetly takes away hard earned muscle. In the past cut diets ment starting over skinny. Now it means more peal off fat and show off that hard work.

    your arms look so much bigger now. Even though i think you said above they are smaller. Keep it up man. You at 200lbs would be pretty solid.

    before anyone lets me "know" my shoulders suck and its a gentic thing. I have tried everything with them but any critisium is accepted and what do you think my bf is at right now. I wonder what bf I will be at 215 or 210 or what bodyweight I will have to drop to to get into single digits.

    shitty pics but can see you are making some progress. Abs are coming in nicely. I'd say you are close to 12 or 13% atm. Looking very thick though so it's great that you are not loosing muscle, just fat. keep goin buddy!

    God this no carb is killing me. Keeping my good fats kinda high is helping with energy a lot this time. I'm considering adding t3 to the mix. I'm doing clen 2 on 2 off ATM and what would you all suggest for t3 im just afraid of eventually shuting my natural t3 production down.

    havent updated in a while but I was leaned up and got fat as shit again after a long run of some supplements and I have recently rebounded and will post some updated before and after pics of my current cut progress. I am basically opening a new thread with in an old one of mine.

    yea man I just looked back and I'm heavier but I think I may still look just as good now at 235.8 as I did two or three months ago at 228. No doubt about it though I am fat and I had to start early as well because as well all know last summer I was a cow lol. Cant be the fat guy this summer. Smart move by you lilherc by giving yourself some room before no shirt season bro.

    Worst thing ever... the women said its me or your cycle throw it in the toilet... I said Fvck you then She told me to get out... I had no place to go so I had to throw it away.
