Watch me drop some fat!!
I always wanted to bench 405. I finally did it but at an unhealthy 250lbs. Now I hate looking in the morrow so I decided to start cutting. I will be posting a daily log and hope you all jump my ass if I slack off I'll be back down looking good in no time. I plan on cutting down to about 215-218 or what ever it takes to get back to single digit bf %. I plan on doing this cut for around 20 weeks. Post picks tonight. Wish me Luck ( even though I know it will happen lol)

i'm SURE you will! Whats your plan? Btw, is the pic recent or how much did you wiegh in the pic? I can't put on the right kind of wieght. Frustrated! My diet may be lacking the carbs, they freak me out! I dont wanna get fat.

Well aviator is for sure not recent about 7 months old. I wanted to bulk and found out my body doesn't respond well to a lot of carbs even complex at that. Post pics and diet later tonight. Currently walking on the tredmill at a speed of 3.4 incline of 7.5 writing on here and walking is very difficult lol.

What were they before bulking? Including weight bodyfat guess.

22 years old, 6ft2in , 250 prolly 20% bf.
before (horrible bulk lol) 228 and prolly 12 % and i may need to give myself till next may as well enigizer bunny.

Nice to hear u reached your goals and are now setting new ones.
I find it much easier to work out when u have goals.
Another good thing is if your benching that much, then that means u have built some really nice muscle mass underneath the fat.
Your gonna look insane now when u get down to single digit bf.
Keep us posted on how its going, and cant wait to see the final tranformation.
Remember not to cut to fast and loose too much of the muscle youve worked to hard to gain.

fina I have watched all your threads and im amazed!!! Im taking some of the some supps as you while I cut. My questing to you is how much cardio and what intensity did you do? i have always walked 3 min jog 7 ( real slow 4.5) and repeat for an hour. I would do this 6 times a week. this method caused me to drop to much muscle in the past. I also was not on prop in my past cutting trails. Any of your expertise would be great

I know its gonna sound funny but ive never done cardio in my life. Im a very impatient person, and have always found it extremely boring to sit in one spot moving my hands and feet.
Im a firm believer that diet is key, and no cardio in the world will fix a bad diet plan.
Im a very active person once i start going to the gym, and try to never stay home. I walk alot, and find myself playing whatever sprts i can just to get some type of cardio in.
My cardio for my transformations usually concists of many exercises, with a really high rep output on each one. (4 sets of 15-20 really low weight)
I do all of the exercises back to back giving myself very little rest in between.
I find that alot of people in the gym spend most of theyre workout either resting or talking. So when some claim they go to the gym 2 hours a day, maybe 45min at the most was spent working out.

wake up 2 whole eggs, 8 egg whites, 2tbsp of ketchup, .5 cup of oats
did legs
pwo shake 2 scoops of whey and 2tbsp of peanut butter
walk or 60 min cardio
80z chicken breast 1 tbsp of pb
80z chicken breast 1 tbsp of pb
80z chicken breast 1 tbsp of pb
2 cans of tuna and a cup of spinache
before bed 1 scoop of whey 2 tbsp of pb
all meals are 2.5 hours apart
rip me apart and tell me what you think can improve

I like it. i eat every 2 hours thuogh and dont have any peanut butter or ketchup in my diet.
But its a simiar diet to mine.

last time I cut down I had pb and ketchup and it went well even though ketchup is high in sugar and pb is caloricly dense. I was thinking about droping i out but I want to see how my first week goes. How many ounces of chicken do you eat at a time?

diet is terrible man. get yourself into the diet section.
before then atleast have PWO shake after PWO cardio and add 50g carbs into it. oats or brown rice or bannana depends on who you want to listen to.
On leg days have a cheat day and take in heaps of clean carbs up to 300g and a cheat meal with carbs.

I wont be posting diet and workout every day but here is today
10 am 60 min run walk combo
1230 pm 1 can tuna .5 cup oats
230 1 chicken some ketchup and 1 egg 5 whites
Chest and triceps
5:30. 2 scoops of whey (pwo shake)
7pm walk 60 min
9pm 10 oz chicken some
Ketchup 2 eggs 8 whites
11:30pm 2 cans tuna
before bed (something I always do) 2 tbsp all nati pb
Im a late night person my day starts usualy around two so disregard times lol. Flame away. Tell me what I need to do. Oh Btw everytime I cut I eat ketchup untill i get bellow 12 percent bf then I have to cut it out to keep going. thats Why I still eat it lol in case you wonder

615 pm pwo shake 2 scoops of whey and .5 cup oats
60 min cardio
815pm 2 scoops of whey. Low on time before work
10 6 ounces chicken and half cup spinache
12 am. Same as above

Still a newb here however I have been trying to cut as well. I personally have been looking into carb cycling and have read alot about it here http://www.podarco.com/fitness/content/view/59/84/ it is merely a summary I suppose but a good place to start looking into it.

well last night after that post I did 30 more min of cardio. The sad news is I woke up at like 5 am and Ate pb and jelly like a mad man. Making up for it today though

415pm 6oz chicken 2 tbsp pb
Legs and shoulders
Pwo
730 pm 2 scoops of whey
930 pm 8 ounce chicken one cup of spinache
Walk around walmart for 30 min for light cardio (legs hurt)
12 am 2 scoops of whey

Little update. Im a week into this and Im down 5 pounds so Im at 245lbs. I hope that most of it is water and fat not muscle. Im wondering if I should do cardio tonight or not. What do you all think/ should I take today and tomorrow off for cardio?

Helped gf move in for 2.5 hours man that was a workout

Some times boiled sometimes friend in skillet with evoo. I weigh in tomorrow to see how much I dropped this week
