    Me on tha rocks........

    From last year after winning the San Francisco NPC Championships, 2001.
    This was my SportPharma shoot at Lover's Point, in Monterey CA. as the location. Just dug this up and placed it on my homepage as I found my photoshoot c.d. Man, I look really skinny here.....amazing what a year can do!!!!!

    Definitely a nice physique, can't say its the best on the board because there are just too many freaks on this board but i would definitely say its up there.

    he's got a great physique, not the best on this board...theres alot of dedicated lifters on this board...that have very good physiques....he's in great shape but to say he's the best physique, thats a big statement...Madmax..

    I never said I was the best, nor do I strive to have everyone here say that I am. I couldn't simply care less, I just posted this older pic, as I am proud of who I am ............I am the best that I can currently be, and that is all that I care about............what I can be...........

    All I ever wanted to do was be "buff", and at 235 now with 21 inch arms, I have succeeded. As well, it's now my living and career, and I could not be happier. That to me is being the best! I never dreamed of taking it this far, and I still have a long way to go.

    As well, I'm way past that photo now, so your opinion would be biased by a year of hard work!

    Bet ya can't hang with this arm right here though......an example of the year of hard work I was speaking of. Big things to come in 2K3, oh yeah, big thaaaaaaaaaaaaaangs....................

    of Flex and I was in San Jose at an NPC show there in August of this year. I was hangin' out with him for a bit in his booth, talking and asking questions, etc. His wife is DROP DEAD FINE........DAMN!!!!!!

    I'm currently cutting again for a run in some t.v. shows, commercials, and movies as an extra playin' the parts of bodyguards, bad-guys, and just ripped guys in general that appear in the background pretty consistently. Should be about 4 weeks and I'll be ready for some new pics............so, stay tuned!

    hard hitting brother... It gives me better focus on my goal to be a 230 and solid at 6%BF.... I am in this lifestyle for good. I've modeled here and there although not wanting to compete...It seems the sport supp shoots come easier if you win a comp.... Your hard work is paying off nicely...good job

    Just wanted to tell you thanks bro a week in on swolegenx lost 4Ibs and I feel better than ever.Cant wait to lose the other 20Ibs and at the way the fat is melting off it won't be long.And the cool thing is you see the results right away .I'll keep you posted brother .
