The hell with cutting!!!!!!!! I say taper off your gains for 4 weeks with solid dieting then jump into super bulk cycle again. go for it man,get biggggggggggggggggg

Bro looking amazing as always. You are still ripped to shreds, my opinion would be to keep bulking, but hey keep doign what you're doing.
How are the legs after the bulking?

For my delts I do shoulder press with dumbbells or either the bar (in front), side lateral raises, and dumbbell flys for rear delts. Try and go as heavy as possible without risking shoulder injury. I also noticed I get a great delt pump from doing side lateral raises with lighter weight and high reps. So you could try alternating heavy and light sets.

dude r u sure u didnt accidently go on a cutting cycle instead of a bulking one.. you look very ripped if thats what your bulking looks like, your body must be amazingly defined when your cutting up..

I met my girlfriend in my Gym, I can not be with an out of shape girl.
I hear you guys and most of you say I should kep bulking, Thats what I think too but there is a competition in March 15 and I want to enter. I am afraid I could not be lean enough at the contest if I dont start cutting in Jan 1. What do you guys think? Should I bulk one more month and start cutting in Feb? does it leave me enough time(6 weeks) to get ripped?

Definitely keep bulking. With your shape I think you can be contest-ready in 6-8 weeks.

Agreed. 8 weeks is plenty of cut time with your bodyfat the way it is now.

unfortunately I have never competed before and I dont know exactly how soon I should start cutting before a contest. Probably 6-8 weeks would be enough for me.
