not bad at all mate...whats your goals?
i was going to compete in the 2010 npc wisconsin next may somewhere around the middle of middleweight class or diet down even farther and top out as a lightweight open or masters(haven't competed since 2001 2nd as a bantamweight).....but have been living life too much the past few months and have "fattened" back down to about 180 right now.......fortunately i have really good muscle memory as i've taken breaks in the past (the re-gains i make are better than a good cycle)
LOL when you said you were a bantamweight i automatically thought you boxed!:1laugh:
anyway good luck mate
Not bad at all.
I think you should do a re-composition dieting phase now... Get around 10% bf, then re-assess what needs to be done to make an impact at the show next year.
I'm tempted to say 'great width' et. al. but, as per your own statements, you're carrying some bodyfat. (not an obscene amount mind you... i like the thickness)
Personally I believe one makes better improvements while leaner... as nutrient uptake (among other facets) is more efficient.
So far I've got say nice lats, and nice bis.
I think you could prioritize the delts and tris.
Can't really tell much else from the pics... but hopefully that's enough to get you started.
Thanks for posting.
much appreciated.....when i hit it hard last summer/fall i really wanted to work on my back......it's good to know that it's one of my strong points now.......your recommendations are considered and appreciated.......i'll see where i'm at come november and go from there......depending on how off i am, i may even wait til next fall to compete, but be closer in shape much sooner
