    Long time member but first time pic

    Stats

    6 feet
    24 years old
    215 lbs
    Fat % not sure right now

    I was thinking of covering my face but I said **** it.
    I have been on a high carb diet for around 1 year now. Gained 20lbs this year. I'm not going into detail but I have been off for 4months now going to be 5 months soon. I was able to keep 90% of my gains. In about 1 month I'll be going to work on building new muscle and getting cut.

    I had more chest hair but I trimed it for you guys.

    In 2-3 months I'll post my next pictures so we can compare.

    As for my bench: max is around 335-345lbs
