    Thanks dude. I watched that 6 part video in the diet section. That got me pretty damn motivated I must say.

    When u decide that the benefits from u loosing weight are far more important than enjoying fatening food is, you will accomplish it with no problem.

    Until then, just keep eating till your ready.

    Just remember that being ripped is the best high in the world.
