I don't think the chest is that bad actually - symetrical with the rest of the body imo.. what really needs work is your entire lower body from the waist down,
it's easy to see - even from the pictures. I think this cycle will give you the boost you need to be able to be cut without it looking strange from your legs being so skinny, start now and don't ever stop training them.
