Really cant tell much about your conditioning from that shot but if I had to guess I would say 15%.

Damn you're jacked for a 19 year old. I'm about the same height and weight as you, I'd say you're around 10-11%. Lookin thick as hell, keep it up!

Lol... I also train very heavy, although it looks like you're quite bit thicker than me. I'm curious, what are your best lifts? (bench, deadlift, etc)...

Thanks for your opinions nonetheless. And Fireguy1, I respect your opinion a lot because you've been in the game for over 23 years, so if you say (based on that pic) I'm 15%, I better start working that much harder!
Off that picture I really should not have even rendered a guess. Abs, quads, lower back and obliques are some of the major markers I look at when judging bodyfat and I cant see any of them in that picture. You may very well be leaner than 15%.

    - Last leg workout I squatted 415lbs for 9 reps on my 1st set (personal best)
    - Deadlifted 405lbs for 6 reps
    - I don't do flat bench, and when I train chest, I do it right after I've done shoulders, so my shoulders are already taxed. Having said that, I start the chest exercises with incline DB press and use the 110's for around 10-12 reps on first set (110's is the most my gym has)

Oh and by the way, these are all my lifts while I'm on my cut right now and in a caloric deficit
Yea you are a ****in beast, at 19 I wasn't lifting half that much lol.
22 lbs of fat loss is a lot in just 7 weeks, can you post your diet?

Don't you just hate when the gym cuts off the dbs in the low 100s? My gym stops at 120s and its just not enough!
