OP your BF is ~ 13% maybe higher.

you've definitely improved from the first picture... but I can't give you an better estimation without seeing your back/legs, etc.

sry i dont have a current pic of legs/back yet but ill be sure to post one up next time i update. I did however edit post and put up kind of a side shot. Not the best pics but for not even 2 months im happy so far.

I have realized i need to do alot more then i currently am for cardio and abs, been busy with the idea of strictly bulking..

Long ways to go til you hit 10%, I would put you more in the 15-16% range. Since you asked for a critique....I dont see much change at all except for maybe better posture in the after pics. If it were me I would reassess things as you should have seen a bigger change in 7 weeks time. If you want to post up your diet, cardio and training schedule I would be happy to offer more specific advice.

will do, shortly as im running out of time i can be on here for today, but thx for future advice. Might i add that although yes i currenty am on cycle, i am only entering week 3 of just test @ 500/mg per week. no other substances used. The prior 4 weeks were just diet and exercise.

So, you started training in August and you're already doing gear? Are you Fing kidding me? How old are you? I hope this is a joke...

Man you're going to throw your body in shock, you need to at least train for a year without stopping before using gear, you're body is just not ready for it.

I realize that now, but in all honesty that ship has sailed and not much I can do about it now. Perhaps I messed up, but id like to continue with advice in the right direction. As for my age, I'm 29 and no this is not a joke, its a learning experiance.
Ill be the first to admit I'm a noob to this, but I'm willing to listen, take critisism, learn, and hope I don't get flamed to much in the process......

Pics were taken down for now as a noisey family member caught a glance of the site I was visiting and don't want them to be able to point me out if they snoop around. Ill repost them soon.

If you want our advice you should seriously stop this cycle ASAP. You are going to wreak havoc on your body. You're looking for a quick shortcut but this is not the right thing to do. You need to lift a LOT longer and eat correctly before starting AAS.
