thanks bro. when i first came on here like everyone else i wanted some aas direction, but some vets gave me the talk to get my diet in check and watch how much i could achieve with a good diet. and i took the diet that was giving to me and the results showed. thanks again

If you are natty that is great...You have very good genes....Your V-Taper and the amount of mass and detail you have is amazing for being natural.....There are guys that take sups and don't look like you.....Very impressive.
