Looking for help on continuing my transformation

    Hey all,

Back in 2004, I started a diet and exercise plan at the horrible weight of 454lbs. Im 6'1.

Now we sit in 2009, married, and have a great life but kind of stuck in rut. I have alot of loose skin around the stomach which I know I cannot get rid of without expensive surgery. The lowest weight I was able to get down to was 232lbs but I looked kinda skinny with little muscle. I stayed around the low 250's for the past year or so. My diet has always been around 1500 cals a day and no carbs all these years. Recently, I went up to 2500 a day but bulked up to 262lbs which scared me. Im thinking of starting a Test E and Winny cycle because im also hoping to one day get a contract with the WWE. Im an indy pro wrestler and had several tryouts and was told I need to get bigger.

Heres a few pics. Let me know any thoughts. I appreciate it. The first pic is at my fattest

Mostly in PA with IWC and CWF. Some in Oh too.

This is how I lost weight:
7am-4 egg whites, 3 slices of turkey bacon, glass of water

    10am-40g protein shake

    12pm-chicken breast and apple

    3pm-protein shake

    5pm-chicken breast and apple

7pm-8oz of lean beef and apple

    My current diet is:
6am pre workout: 10 egg whites, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, cup of coffee

    9:30am-1/2 cup oatmeal, 40 g protein shake

12pm-8oz of lean meat or chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice

    3pm-Protein shake

5pm-8oz of lean meat or chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice

7pm-8oz of lean meat or chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice or protein bar or shake

Workout changes. Sometimes I do 3 heavy days of lifting, 2 days of cardio or i do this split:
    Monday-Chest/Triceps
    Tues-Back and Biceps
    Wed-off
    Thurs-Shoulders,traps,delts
    fri-legs
    sat and sun-off

    or right now I do:
    Mon and Thurs-chest, shoulders
    Tues and friday-bi's and tri's
    wed-back and legs

Not sure whats the best route

Only elliptical? are you changing the routine and resistance on that in anyway? Probably should start doing some treadmill/bike stuff as well.
