can some give me a BF% please....
Age:24
Height:173cm
Weight: 73.5kg
Just been doing a bit i dieting over the past 4 weeks and want to see where im at. I did a test of a set of scales with work 1 month ago and i was 14.7%. Ive dropped 4.5kg since then, with the help of clen and cardio
Also are there any areas i should be working in my upper body to help proportionalise things......

in my head i said 12.5 before reading your post..but yeah...i also dont claim to have a good eye for that shit.

If you are at 12.5% you only need to lose 5lbs to hit 9.5%. Should actually be pretty easy and can be done in less than a month without clen .

really, that doesnt sound that hard then. If i stick to my new diet i set up in the 'diet forum' i should get there in no time.
Do you think once you read your optimum goal you dont have to push as hard with cardio. eg: instead of 5 nights a week i can relax it to 3??

sorry about the delay.....
started working my tri's more now. absolutely caved them the other day....
here are the wheels. also through in some bak photos while i was at it.....
I think i need to work my traps a bit, thoughts????
