Just been doing a bit i dieting over the past 4 weeks and want to see where im at. I did a test of a set of scales with work 1 month ago and i was 14.7%. Ive dropped 4.5kg since then, with the help of clen and cardio
Also are there any areas i should be working in my upper body to help proportionalise things......
