Bf estimate/ need advice
So I've been working out on and off for like 4 years and honestly I'm kinda ready to get it together. I really haven't decided on whether or not to even do anything yet, just because I think I could/should personally build myself more rather than just jumping to gear or whatever and somehow trying to make sure everything works out on a wish and a prayer only to come to disappointment because I didn't do right by myself to begin with. Any idea for BF% I thought it was like 23% with a tape measure and an online calculator deal, but I honestly dunno....
My diet is like anyone in grad school, pretty sporadic and ranges from healthy stuff like grilled Chicken and Brown rice w/ veggies I made at home to a Supreme pizza that your study group orders before prelims...So that's one thing I know I'll have to crack down on.
So here are my pics below, stats are:
Age 27
Height 6'3"
Weight 255-260 (depending on the time of day lol!)
Training 3yrs-ish almost 4 but it's on and off training not like a solid stint tho
Frequency 2-4x a week at the gym not a lot of emphasis on Cardio bc more than an hour at the gym is a prob with a 39hr a week job and grad school.
I basically took the pics with my crackberry, front side and legs (I have no idea how to get a better angle to see my legs though so.. yeah and I hope these work).
Any help, pointers, direction, ideas or motivation, would be awesome people, Thanks!

22-24% I don't want to here excuses about you not being able to get to the gym!!! You do what you have to do!!!!!!! Now go hit those heavy ass weights!!!!!

You look like you have never been in a gym.
You want advice?:
Well everything you have been doing or know about bodybuilding I would forget it all right now just erase it from memory its obviously done nothing for you.
What to do next?:
Get over to the diet section get a thread started in there(goals?) and build a diet from scratch, Also get in the workout section make a thread post your goals and build a workout plan that will get you the results you want.
Keep the pics you posted they will make a good before and after in a year or two of training.

You guys really think he is over 22%? that seems pretty I would say under 20% mabey even 18%.

I was guessed at 18% - 20% and I don't think I have as much BF as the OP, so my guess is 22% - 24%.
