    GGallin Benches 455 Raw

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3-AXUCGQd6U

Yep i'm chubby and strong as hell!

    http://c2.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/i...ce7d988765.jpg

Former max bench is 475. Looking to hit 500 soon if I can manage. On the way back up is always better than down. This 455 was after a failed attempt of 485, then 465, finally got the 455. Over 1 1/2 my weight so not too shabby. Better luck next week I suppose

Does this mean the "I cant wait to be ripped" statement is on the back burner...again? All kidding aside, impressive amount of weight, I wouldnt be able to move it 2 inches off my chest. Better than the last Star Wars link you posted too I might add.

    Fluffy and strong huh.

I don't know many straight, 280 pound, 475 benching fellas that would describe themselves like that.

    lol calm down

theirs big difference between 405 and 500

forget size, to be able to bench 500 is a big goal on its own, who cares how big you are,

the fact he benches 450s is impressive

have to remember, the stronger you get the harder it becomes it get stronger

going from 100 pound bench to a 200 pound bench is easy

going from a 405 bench to 500 isnt a walk in the park lol

Well thats what i'm working towards. I tried 500 a couple weeks ago and got it about 1/2 way. It felt good I controlled the weight all the way down just couldnt lock it out. Next weel I'll put a video up of me hitting 475 granted I can pull it off. Yeah once you hit 455 every 10-20 pounds makes a difference. I mainly put this up to show that even though I lack definition I still work hard in the gym and I have only met a hand full of people who can bench over 400 or claim to. Someone on here once said "GGallin I have been training longer than you and I am much bigger and I cant do 405, theres no way you can do it". If all the stars align and I manage to get shredded I'm sure I'll be a force to be rekoned with lol.

455 is impressive, I hope to get over 400 next time I cycle. I have hit 370lbs for 2 reps but lately my left shoulder hasnt been co-operating with heavy weights maybe I shoudlnt take winny this time around.

If you could do 370 for 2 reps you could most like max anywhere between 380-400. Once I hit in the high 300's i jumped right to 400. Your joints will get more use to the heavy weight as you go up. 350 used to kill my wrists, now I can rep that out all day. i found winny went well with Tren , for me anyways, the tren seemed to counteract the dry joint feeling of winny. I had great results running a moderate dose of all 3 winny, test E, and Tren Acetate. 300mg ew test e, 400 mg ew of tren and 50mg ed of winny. That was my cycle when I hit 475. I just equate the weight to everyday examples. Such as I can do 405, why cant I do 415? Its just like adding a gallon of milk worth of weight which is nothing. So then I'd hit 415. Then if I can hit 415 why not 425..... and so forth. I have found for me its more of a mind game than what my body can actually do. I mean dont get me wrong you gotta have muscle mass to bench or lift heavy but youll often find your body is capable of much more than you realize. Like in running you hit the "runners wall" then you keep going beyond that and suddenly running becomes easy again and you go the extra mile. The same mentality in lifting I find to be similar. Dont go injure yourself with a big ego, but find your true max potential and destroy your old records.

I have thought about it before I'm just not into the whole bench shirt thing. I like raw. I have met guys that could bench 400-500 with a bench shirt and struggle with 325 raw.

Really? I didn't know it made that much of a diffrence.
Isn't that what you see Ronnie Coleman wear when he does squats and stuff.
Hell, i'd wear some sweats and a long sleeve shirt over it lol.
