Nice gains bro! Keep lifting heavy and eating big, change up your routine and you will continue to have great gains.

thanks bro.. I haven't lifted in 3 days (holidays) but I swear everytime I take a few days off I feel so much stronger?

Every 2-3 months I like to take a week off and really let my body just relax. In my mind I think I'm shrinking but I know it's not possible to lose muscle in 3 days hahah

It's pretty funny how people treat you differently when you aren't a skinny twig. I'm hoping to gain a solid 20-25lbs from my cycle and keep about 10-15lbs..

Goal weight is 210ish.. I think 6 foot 210 is a respectable size.

Hmm I thought I responded to this? Guess not..

Anyways, I didn't cycle anything, I've just been eating right, lifting hard, and sleeping well.

I think my results are 100% achievable all naturally in 10months with hard work.

At my heaviest I was 190lbs with a little higher BF, right now I sit between 180-185.. I'm 6foot tall BTW.

It is totally possible to gain 25-30lbs in 10-12months all natural.

^^^ i agree i did this when i was younger and in high school and its really the only thing that will work at its best. before you consider using anything u def need to get bigger but you have come a long way from where you started! just keep it up

I'm 30 years old though. I don't care what anyone says, genetics play a HUGE role as to how large someone can grow.

It's almost like saying you can get taller after you're done growing. *every* male in my family has an extremely lean, tall build with the exception for one.

I've always had a good appetite, I literally had to force food down my throat for the first 3 months.

I'm either going to run an anavar only cycle very soon, or a test e cycle. Not sure yet.
